Shipping Policy
Product Availability and Shipping Times: While most of the products on our website ship out the next business day, some products may be out of stock or backordered by the time we receive your order. While some products show as in stock or show estimated ship dates these are only our best estimates and not a guarantee. If you are working on a time sensitive project call us at 1-888-80-LITES so that we can estimate an arrival date for your order.
Shipping Locations: We ship only to the United States.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking: After you place an order you will receive a confirmation email with the details for your order. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number in another email. You may also check the status of your order by clicking the “My Account” tab.
Shipping Rates: All orders on MaximLighting.net over $99.00 ship free (continental 48 United States only) Alaska and Hawaii have additional shipping charges. You will be notified at checkout of any additional shipping charges. In some cases, you may select a faster shipping method at check out for an additional charge.
Backorders: In the unusual event that one of the items you order becomes unavailable or backordered you will be contacted by a member of our customer service staff and informed of the time period required to obtain your product. If you do not wish to wait, you may cancel the backordered item. In the unlikely event that an item is discontinued or unavailable you will be notified and your order will be cancelled.
We do not accept orders for less than $20.00 of merchandise.
